Event refund policy
If you find yourself unable to attend an event, please let us know by contacting enquiries@cbrgals.com.
Happy Hours
Our Happy Hours are donations-based events. This means that you can join a Happy Hour for free, or opt to donate to our not-for-profit. We gratefully accept these donations to create products and services to advance the lives and businesses of Canberra women. Any donation made for an event is non-refundable.
Other Events
For all other events, refunds are available for cancellations received at least seven days prior to the event. After this time, we can’t offer a refund, but you are able to transfer your registration to another gal if you contact us at least 24 hours before the event. No refunds or transfers are available for cancellations made on the day of the event.
