What will it be like?
This video session will be a well-coordinated, 90-minute session to relax, breathe, chill-ax, connect, learn, hang loose, and SHARE with other like-minded Canberra women interested in self-care, holistic wellness, and healing.
We’ll be hearing from the owner of Salt Clinic Therapy Clinic and Sanctuary Connie Ng, Salt Therapy guru Kenny Kong, and Integrative GP, Dr. Wan Yi Ng to learn about salt through relaxation practices that will not only teach us more about salt but will help us relax in the moment, as well as natural remedies to help with respiratory hygiene which also helps to boost and maintain your overall well-being during these uncertain times leading into cold and flu season.
We’ve capped the event to keep it small so that we can really come together as a group. You can expect some one-on-ones as well as group chats, silly antics, and moments of deep connection. Like all of our events, this one is created for you in mind to help you feel connected in this time of disconnection, to feel free in this time of restrictions, and to feel understood in a time when so much is uncertain.
When will the goodie bag be delivered?
At checkout, you can opt to pay a reduced rate ($59) to pick up the goodie bag at the Salt Therapy Clinic and Sanctuary in Fyshwick, or have it delivered for $69. We will deliver your package on the day of the event. We’ll coordinate with you ahead of time to agree on a time that will work best for you to receive the package.
